We offer the sale of individual projects as well as full portfolios tailored in terms of capacity, voltage, and timelines to meet investor expectations.
Development Services
Depending on investor needs, our team can carry out the comprehensive development of a project at a designated location, from site analysis and grid connection assessment, through all administrative procedures, to securing building permits and delivering the technical design. Alternatively, we can support specific stages of your investment, such as environmental procedures, construction design preparation, permit acquisition, or securing and designing the route of the grid connection.
Cable Pooling, DC Oversizing, Direct Line
PVE Development can assist investors specialising in PV farms, wind turbines, energy storage systems or hybrid installations. We are ready to engage at both early and later stages, such as adapting construction designs to reflect currently available components, during the process of increasing the installed capacity of a facility or developing projects using shared infrastructure solutions such as Cable Pooling.
Technical and Legal Due Diligence
Leveraging our experience in designing, obtaining financing, and renewable project transactions, we can conduct detailed legal and technical analyses (including practical verification of plant feasibility in cooperation with PVE Construction) of projects at any stage of preparation or implementation, including COD facilities. Our production yield analyses meet the standards of instiutions such as DNV and WindProspect.
