Our Experience

We are innovators in the green transition, initiating and developing more than a dozen GW of medium- and high-voltage connected photovoltaic farm projects. Our work spans the entire development cycle, from power grid analysis and site selection to securing sites, navigating administrative procedures, preparing construction and technical designs and obtaining all necessary permits. We are passionate about transforming potential concepts into viable, ready-to-build investments. For us, each project initiated is a step towards a future powered by clean energy.

The work of PVE DEVELOPMENT’s team of more than 150 people also underpins the operation of other key PVE Group companies, PVE WIND and PVE STORAGE. Our experienced specialists – including planners, environmental experts, analysts, designers, financial experts and legal advisors of our company support the development of wind farms, energy storage projects, as well as hybrid projects combining various RES technologies through the use of „Cable pooling” (shared grid connections) taking into account both technical and commercial parameters.

Cooperation with PVE CONSTRUCTION means that photovoltaic farms developed by PVE DEVELOPMENT undergo additional implementation-level verification. This syngery guarantees not only the highest project quality and timely execution, but also optimisation of the entire investment process, responding to market trends and the latest technological innovations.

Photovoltaic Portfolio

The total capacity of PV projects being developed by PVE Development is approximately 15 GW, which is equivalent to four times the planned capacity of Poland’s first nuclear power plant or twice the capacity of all offshorewind farms planned in the Baltic by 2030.

RtB Project Sales

Over 1,000 MW of comprehensively designed PV farms located across all DSO areas in Poland.

Supporting the PVE Group’s Transition into an IPP (Independent Power Producer)

Approximately 170 MW of photovoltaic projects fully prepared for internal implementation by the Group, built as part of three project portfolios: FAST, PPA, and Września.

Acquisiton of Projects in the Development Phase

Acquisition of approximately 100 MW of PV farms at various stages of development, implementation of PVE’S development standards, and advancing these projects to RtB status.
